The purpose of Health and Safety Leadership Strategy is to awaken leaders to the unique opportunities now present in the areas typically delegated to Health and Safety. The health and leadership strategy utilizes existing resources to fully develop and engage human potential to catapult business achievement. The confluence of Covid-19, the resulting burnout, the attention on diversity, equity and inclusion generated by the Black Lives Matter movement and the ‘great resignation’ continues to create openings to fundamentally change how we address personal development, sustainable growth and social responsibility.
