Coaching for Effective Leadership in Safety

Each member of the C&A team is a certified and experienced coach. We begin with an objective assessment of an organization’s existing trust and open communication levels, and leadership's capabilities, then 2) deliver the results, cascading the results through the various levels of the company. In partnership with the client we identify what is working and what needs to change, and 3) follow through with skill building to develop required communication skills. Individual coaching is part of the executive team development and may be expanded to create internal change agents.
