Safety Leadership Program
Organizations are not static, nor do problems stay permanently resolved. Once leadership has created a common language and shared goals around the culture they want to support C&A facilitates the design of communication structures to ensure continuous assessment. These are primarily work-focused conversations that address timely, accurate, and respectful communication regarding the coordination of tasks and process breakdowns.
C&A acknowledges that first-line supervisors have the biggest impact on the day-to-day performance of their associates and are most influential in driving commitment to the core values. Research indicates that the single most important tool to address the day- to-day performance of the organization is through the one-on-one interactions of leaders with the workforce. An organization cannot improve unless its leaders improve their abilities to engage the full capabilities of the workforce.
